We take seriously our responsibility to young consumers. Our web site has been designed to a fun place for kids to visit and to learn about candy at the same time. Our web server automatically recognizes a visitor's domain name. However, it does not recognize visitor's e-mail addresses. Domain name information, aggregate information about which pages consumers access or visit, and any information volunteered by visitors is used only for internal review as we continue to improve our web site. Registration
We do not require visitors to register before entering the NECCO site. E-mail addresses are only requested for special contests. Information collected from contest participants is discarded by NECCO following each contest period. When winning entries are posted on the site only first name, city and state shall be used.
